A tour of the menus for individual and corporate taxpayers: payments, assessments, compliance and more.

Written by Cross River Administrator

You've registered.
You've logged in.
You've discovered your taxpayer profile.
You've even met your dashboard.
Now comes the fun part…

Let's take a tour!

Think of CrossRiverPay 360 Gov as a digital city.
Your dashboard is the view from above.
Your menu is your road map.
And every section is a different destination designed to help you handle a particular part of your tax journey.
So buckle up… let's explore!

First Rule of the Tour: Look Before You Click!

When you log in, you'll notice two important things:

The Dashboard

This gives you a quick view of important information and activities connected to your taxpayer account.

The Menu:

This is where you go when you want to perform a particular task or explore a particular service.

Here's an easy way to remember it:

Dashboard = What is happening? Menu = Where do I go?

Once that clicks, navigating 360 Gov becomes much easier.

Individual taxpayer?

Welcome to Your Personal Tax JourneyIf you're using an Individual taxpayer account, your dashboard and menu are organised around the services and activities relevant to you.
Your menu includes areas such as:

Payments

Need to make a payment?
Want to review your payment activity?
Looking for credit notes?
This is your first stop.
You'll find:

  • Make Payment

  • Payment History

  • Credit Notes

And your dashboard gives you a quick snapshot of payment information, including:

  • Total Payments

  • Approved Sum

  • Pending Assessments

So before you even start digging through records, your dashboard can give you a quick picture of what's happening.

Assessments

Next stop:
AssessmentsThis area helps you access assessment-related information available to you.
You'll find:
Assessment History
Rental Income
PAYE Records

Think of this section as your assessment information centre. When you want to look back at assessment-related records or access the relevant services, this is where you start.

Compliance

Now we're entering an important part of your tax journey.

Compliance: Here you'll find:

TCC
Objections & Appeals

Whether you're checking your Tax Clearance Certificate or dealing with an objection or appeal, this section gives you a clear starting point.

Remember:

Don't know where to begin?

Look at the menu.

Compliance → that's your direction.
Easy.

Land & property

Here's where things get interesting.
If you have land-related activities on the platform, you'll find:

Land Assets

And your dashboard can also give you visibility into land-related applications and activities, including:

  • Survey

  • Charting

  • Consent

  • C of O

  • Allocation

  • The dashboard can show the status of these activities so you can get a quick picture of what's happening.

No need to go hunting. Your dashboard brings the snapshot to you.

Profile

And finally, there's something very important:
YOU.

Your profile area gives you access to your taxpayer information.

You'll find:

Profile
Profile Change

If you're looking for your taxpayer information or need to explore available profile-change options, this is your destination.

Corporate taxpayer?

Welcome to Your Business Command Centre! Now here's something important:
Your dashboard may not look the same as an Individual taxpayer's dashboard. And that's completely normal.
A corporate taxpayer has a different tax journey — especially when it comes to employees, payroll, invoices and business-related services.
So the Corporate dashboard brings those activities to the front.
Same 360 Gov. Different taxpayer journey.Let's look around.

Payments

The corporate menu begins with:
Make Payment
Payments
Credit Notes

And the dashboard gives you quick access to important financial snapshots.

Payroll & tax

Now we're entering one of the major differences between the Individual and Corporate experience.
Corporate taxpayers have a dedicated:
PAYROLL & TAXsection.
Here you'll find:
Employees
PAYE
Withholding Tax

This is where the platform brings important business tax and employee-related activities into focus.

Your corporate dashboard at a glance

This is where your Corporate dashboard really starts talking to you.
Instead of making you search through different areas just to understand what's happening, the dashboard presents key information in easy-to-see summary cards.
You may see:
Payroll
Total Employees
Active Employees
Inactive Employees
Total Invoices
Paid Invoices
Unpaid Invoices

That's a lot of information at a glance! For example, instead of opening several screens to figure out how many employees are linked to your company, the dashboard can show:

Total Employees: 7

And instead of hunting for unpaid invoices, the dashboard can give you a quick view of:

Unpaid Invoices: 67

That's the power of a dashboard. It gives you the big picture before you dive into the details.

Watch your tax story unfold

The Corporate dashboard also provides visual information such as:

  • Monthly PAYE Filing

  • and

  • PAYE Records

These visual summaries can help you see information across periods rather than looking at isolated figures.
Numbers tell you what happened. Trends help you see the bigger picture.

Services

Corporate taxpayers also have a dedicated:
SERVICES section.
Here you'll find:

Due Process
Jobs

These services give corporate taxpayers access to business-related activities available through the platform.

Compliance

Just like the Individual experience, Corporate taxpayers also have:
Objections & AppealsWhen you need to access this area, you know exactly where to look.
Follow the menu.Compliance → Objections & Appeals.
No wandering around.

Land & property

Corporate taxpayers can also access:
Land assets through the Land & Property section.
So if you're wondering where your organisation's land-related information belongs:
You've got the map.

Vehicle enrollment CTRA

And here's another destination you'll see in the Corporate experience:
Vehicle Enrollment. It's found under:

VEHICLE ENROLLMENT CTRA

So if you're looking for vehicle-enrollment-related services, this is the part of the map to remember.

Profile

And, of course, your organisation has its own profile area.
This is where you can access the profile-related information and options available to your corporate account.

Here's the secret to mastering 360 Gov

Don't try to memorise everything.
You don't need to.
Instead, remember three simple things:

1. LOOK

Check your dashboard.

It gives you a quick picture of important information.

2. LOCATE

Use the menu. Find the section that matches what you want to do.

3. ACT

Open the relevant service and follow the available steps.

That's it!

LOOK → LOCATE → ACT

Three moves. One smarter way to navigate.
